You might find that it is valuable to update what’s on your feet as the seasons change. What works well in the spring might not be the best shoe option for winter weather. Be aware of your environment and select your footwear accordingly. In colder months, this might mean slip-resistant souls to keep you from sliding around in icy conditions. In the summer, select a sandal that leaves your toes with room to breathe and protects your natural arch shape. You should also keep your activities in mind.
